Claims Process

Claiming for personal injury can often seem a long and daunting process. Here at Hex Legal Services our aim is to make the process short and simple for you the client. We will arrange everything for you from instructing a solicitor from our expert panel to arranging medical examinations and at the final stage to arrange for your damages cheque to be forwarded to you.

1. Claim enquiry

This is the first stage in the Claim Process – This is the first contact between you and Hex Legal Services. Please call us on 01204 361 119 alternatively complete an online enquiry and one of our dedicated claims handlers will call you shortly

2. Claim registered

When a claim enquiry has been registered an advisor from Hex Legal Services will be assigned to deal with your personal injury claim, Your expert will confirm details about the nature of your claim and answer any questions that you may have.

3. Claim instructed

After your advisor has gathered the details of your claim they work with one of our Solicitors. Your Solicitor will gather all the details relevant to your injury claim.

4. Claim accepted

Once your Solicitor has gathered all details about your claim, legal documents and medical reports are prepared for your claim to be progressed.

5. Claim settled

When your claim has reached settlement we will send you a cheque for the full amount of the compensation you are awarded.
